Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Provide regular communication and support to clients.
Develop and deliver customised fitness and nutrition plans.
Tailor plans to each client’s individual needs and goals.
Follow up diligently and consistently with clients
Monitor and track clients’ progress.
Adjust plans as needed to ensure continued success.
Educate clients on fitness principles, healthy habits, and staying motivated.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in our CRM system.
Work with the team to develop new strategies and programs.
Enhance client outcomes through collaborative efforts.
Be available to clients during scheduled hours.
Respond promptly to messages and inquiries.
